2026 Board of Director Elections

Mid-Cycle Nominations for the 2026 BPMA Board of Directors are now open!

As a volunteer-led organization, BPMA relies on the Boston area's talented product community to drive our success. That means you!

Give back and connect with other leaders in the Boston area product management and product marketing community. Board members help chart the course of the BPMA, one of the most active product management associations in the US. Learn more below and please let us know if you have any questions.

What is a "mid-cycle" election and why are we having it?

While we just recently elected and welcomed our 2026 Board of Directors, already we have identified two key areas where additional bandwidth can help bring our members additional value -- specifically in Marketing and Events.
These are key parts of the experience that the BPMA delivers. Pamela Nasr, Director of Programming, and Andrea Nelson, Director of Marketing, are doing a fantastic job and are seeking Co-Directors to share the load and help us do even more!

Key Dates

  • Self-nomination deadline is Friday April 3rd, 2026.
  • Candidate online interviews with the nomination committee take place in April.
  • Board members are elected and published in late April or early May.

Thinking of Nominating Yourself?

BPMA board members make a commitment to the BPMA and its initiatives to grow and develop its members' careers. We also make a commitment to our fellow board members with thoughtful and timely collaborations and communication. Most roles require 10 hour monthly time commitments spread across individual team leadership, board director meetings and engaging with our member community. If you're unsure of making the commitment, we are always looking for volunteers to support the Board positions as well!
