The panelists will answer all your burning questions on why mentorship and coaching are valuable relationships, the benefits of both, what a typical mentorship session looks like, and the real-world value each person has taken away from their experience.
This virtual event will involve guided, round-robin questions to the panelists, as well as some dedicated time for audience Q&A.

Panelists
Igor Shraybman used to work in several regulated verticals - Financial Services, Insurance, Health Care and lately - in data-driven Marketing, specializing in everything web related and in data analytics, and later - in ML/AI, building SaaS platforms and helping Companies to achieve their digital transformation goals. He made his way from being a Web / Java Developer with training from Harvard, Lead Business Analyst, and for many years - a Sr. Product Manager and also used to serve as a Director of Product Management for SaaS digital transformation Company. He had experience in Waterfall methodology and also - years of Agile Scrum framework, being a Certified Scrum Professional, CSPO and having SAFE 5.1 POPM and CMP certifications. In his free time he enjoys digital photography and communicating with professionals on many subjects.
Melissa Appel coaches product management leaders, helping them build and manage effective teams and improve stakeholder relationships. She previously spent 20 years as a practitioner at companies of various sizes and stages. She enjoys mentoring product managers through BPMA and other organizations as a way to give back to the community.
Alex Korol is a user-centric product leader with a keen focus on understanding the underlying reasons for user actions and the outcomes they seek. He goes beyond simply addressing the "job to be done" by uncovering the true value users derive from each step in their workflow. By identifying key differentiators, Alex ensures his products stand out, creating a compelling edge that drives user engagement and loyalty. With over 15 years of product leadership experience, he has successfully strategized and executed AI-first product launches across SaaS, HealthTech, and IoT industries.
Martin Puchta is a product manager at The CE Shop, where he leverages his expertise in professional online education, financial technology, and SaaS to drive innovative solutions. With over five years of experience in product management, he’s developed a keen understanding of how to balance user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities to create impactful products.
