The shift is happening enabled by AI from limited data-driven decision-making and manual processes to more automation, personalization, and AI integration across industries. This transition creates new considerations around ethics, job roles, and responsible AI adoption. Product managers and product marketing managers should level up by gaining AI fluency, focusing on problem solving, and developing compelling and innovative GTM, sales, marketing and competitive approaches to their products and product lines. The future AI product manager role will specialize in strategically leveraging AI to maximize value while managing model performance, forecasts, and customer education. Speaker Bio
Doug Levin has over 35 years of successful experience as a business leader, technologist, board member and investor. Today he is an Executive-in-Residence at the Harvard Business School and teaches the “Startup Academy” class in the D^3 curriculum. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of ReversingLabs(cybersecurity), FiVerity (digital fraud detection) and SmartOne (data labelling for AI). Levin also founded or co-founded five companies including Black Duck Software. (Acquired by Synopsys in 2017) Earlier in his career, Doug held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation over a nine-year period.
