Melissa has 20 years of Product Management experience at companies in various industries, stages, and sizes, including 5 years at Wayfair in warehousing technology. She is now a coach and consultant for heads of product, helping them with personal growth, best practices, team development, and hiring. She is also writing a book on stakeholder management, called "Aligned" due out with O'Reilly in 2024.
